碳酸钠胁迫对甜菜幼苗生长及保护酶的影响

摘 要:

以甜菜‘KWS0143’和‘Beta464’两个品种为试验材料, 研究不同浓度(0、0.4%、0.8%和1.2%) Na2CO3胁迫下, 甜菜苗期植株生长, 叶片及根系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果表明, 同一取样时期, 随着Na2CO3浓度的增加, 植株的干鲜重呈先增加后降低的趋势, 0.4% Na2CO3处理下甜菜幼苗干鲜重显著高于对照(P<0.05)。叶片和根中的SOD和POD活性变化趋势相一致, 总体呈先升高后下降的趋势, 在0.4% Na2CO3处理下活性最高。MDA含量则呈递增的趋势, 1.2% Na2CO3处理下含量最多。同一浓度下, SOD和POD活性随着处理时间的延长呈先上升后下降的趋势, 且在2对真叶展开后的第3周活性最高, 而MDA含量则呈现急剧增加后缓慢上升的趋势。而且高浓度1.2% Na2CO3处理下‘KWS0143’耐盐碱能力强于‘Beta464’。

Effects of Na2CO3 Stress on the Growth and Antioxidant Enzymes of Beta vulgaris Seedlings

Abstract:

The sugar beet (Beta vulgaris) ‘KWS0143’ and ‘Beta464’ were used as materials, to study the activities of SOD, POD and the content of MDA in leaves and roots under different concentrations (0, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%) of Na2CO3 stress. The results showed that in same sampling period, fresh and dry weight of plants increased firstly and then decreased with increasing concentration of Na2CO3, and the fresh and dry weight of seedlings with 0.4% Na2CO3 treatment were significantly higher than those of CK. The activities of SOD and POD in leaves and roots had the same tends which increased at primary stage and then decreased, and the activities were the highest with 0.4% Na2CO3 treatment. The content of MDA increased and reached the highest with 1.2% Na2CO3 in leaves and roots. In the same concentration, the activities of SOD and POD increased firstly and then decreased with the extension of time.In the third week after the two pairs of true leaves unfolded, the activities reached highest. But the content of MDA increased slowly after a sharp upward trend over time. It indicated that under 1.2% Na2CO3 stress the salinity ability of ‘KWS0143’ was more stronger than ‘Beta464’.
